Angel Eyes LED Upgrade

I've sent the circuits back as the LED bulbs themselve work fine. Apparently the circuits have been improved and I will be sent replacements of the improved version. I don't mind paying postage to Ireland but to expect me to cover costs to China is just silly. I think what has happened is that he has priced them at a level where he can't afford to deal with returns but that's not my fault.

A further update and not good I'm afraid.  He asked me to send both back as they have been upgraded so I did, back in May.  I was sent one new one on 24th June.  He then said he was waiting for the other from China.  He has since said he's sent the other on 26th July but it has not arrived.  His response is that it's a pity (that wound me up) but he can't be responsible for postage and if I want him to send one by recorded it will be 8 Euros!.    I pointed out that it is his reponsibility to get it to me.  I don't know about Ireland but over here you can claim even for standard post.  Anyway the upshot is that I recommended avoiding ebay member vip.trading as this has been a complete waste of money and a huge amount of hassle.
