Door trim panel removal

Hi all,

Does anyone have any tips or a how-to on how to remove the front and rear door trim panels on an E70?

Equally, how does the centre console storage tray come out? I have so far undone two bolts to the front and rear and the two that retain the bluetooth console but it won't budge.

Any ideas gratefully received. Thank you.
