Wife and I notified to day that the guy we help [ he,s autistic and has severe learning disabilities] was moving to another town where he was allocated a ground floor flat. So instead of a forty mile round trip per day its going to be.....FIVE. He s moving to Banff which is only five minutes away , hooray. :)

Aye , bought a mountain bike to try cycling to work ,...weather permitting, cheers about our job been doing it now for nearly 27 yrs. Well worth it.
