Hi thanks for the welcomes.

Its just black, i think the camera angle and the wet made it look weird. Defo just black. Engine Management light came on last night -.- Gona go get it checked out later.

Rims are horrid, but my soon to be father in law has a 2010 X5 M sport with some nice wheels he might be getting rid of. failing that a refurb or new ones.... gota get this light sorted out first and also budget better for my petrol.... coming from a 1.8t to this is a little shocking. But i love it. :D

Can't remember, but it's just possible the E70 wheels won't fit as the centre bores are the wrong size. Someone on here will be able to confirm though. There's a number of combinations that do work and others that either don't, or need adapters.

I know you cannot put X6 wheels into the E70 X5 without machining them, and wheels for an E70 need spigot rings on the rear of the X6 for the same reason, but I have seen that X6 wheels fit the E53 X5.......

E70 rims will fit but you will need spigot rings all round as centre bore is 74.1

E71 rims will fit but only require spigot rings on the fronts as the fronts are 74.1 but rears are the same as the E53 being 72.6

I've got a nice set of E71 rims for sale with pics of them fitted....
