Link to the BMW TIS for the job is here on our forum. Select car and engine then look in the 'Engine' section, not the 'Cooling' section. You want the M57 engine type.

Eurocarparts can probably give you a quote. Looks like about £90 for a pump - but they may have a discount on which will reduce the price. Someone usually has a post with the code on it if you do a search on here. :D

im sure i read something about getting an upgraded water pump with a metal impeller if yours had a plastic one

Was looking at one of these on the bay a few nights ago. Looked a better solution than plastic. Wondered if any members had any specific experience with them.
