Side bump strip removal

Does anyone know the best way to remove the strips as I would like to colour code mine .

See here. Looks like it's just glued on with double-sided sticky tape.

they will break if you try to remove them, they are £180 a set, i just got mine colour coded but i got the whole car painted so they got done on the car
