Sky Anytime +

Just added that, installed the router behind the sky box and connected the box to it.

Now got millions of box sets and films to watch :) Nice free touch by Sky though to download to the Sky+ box through the internet of all series / films etc they have shown.

Sky has finally activated the ethernet port. So now you can connect the box to the internet and download sky programs to the box, including films, box sets etc.

Costs nothing though, just apply for it on sky.com for free.

I think it was the BBC that got it enabled for non-sky broadband customers as a condition for adding iPlayer

Can you have it on more than one box? Or is it like their iDevice Sky+ App, only sends record commands to one box, even if you have two devices and try to log them on separate receivers - it doesn't work!

I've had it for a while

Films they showed on movie channels as part of your subs can be recovered this way...anytime....for a price......not that free IMO

It started a little while after it took off with (old....and good) movies ending up in box office download...not just new ones

I may be wrong but that's what I see.
