Un insured acc damage to X5 - cost to repair advice?

i had a similar one about 6 months ago but i took loads of photos of my truck and the car which was aledged id ran into it from the rear in a que, there was damage to the rear of the car but old and grotty looking to a 14yr old z3, his downfalls were that he accused me of pussing him 3meters down the road, and the truck was brand new 1hr old and just collected from the paint shop so that and the fact that he said he had his brakes on and the numberplate of the truck would have been the first point of contact and that haddnt even popped the plastic covers off the screws!!!

what we need is a 4 way camera into a sky+ box onboard with 1 hour rewind type thing. I think such things exist too for evidence capture....oh and mobile transmit with GPS too
