all depends on the distance u've run, not the time. only 120+30miles?? no way! if u can burn all that oil in just that bit of running ur engine wouldn't even start!
what's the total mileage from jan refill to now?
also what's the 'damp spot' is it oil? if so there's a leak as well. it maybe small but that's only the oil u see drained at home.

So that's approx 1,500 miles since last fill? Your last picture shows too much oil in the engine. Should be level with the top indent ring. At a guess you have about 0,5 litre too much in there. Gap between rings is approc 1 litre. If that's the true oil level as measured with a warm engine and after being allowed to settle for a few minutes, and on level ground, and you got a warning then the level sensor is faulty would be my first assessment.

just a quick high jack ive got an oem filter, and my light says i need a change so what oil is it castrol......

1. Oil level sensor.....on the bottom of the sump at a guess...
