Re: Silverstone meet?
Good to have some interest, but I really need some serious numbers before long so as to get that pitch sorted.
what conditions do you need to satisfy to get a pitch? will you compile a list of those that confirm?
oh, and in by the way......

2005(55) VW TouranTDI met. black
Re: Silverstone meet?
Sanj, good work mate, appreciate it, I will try and get an idea of numbers needed/allowed, to get us on a pitch, ( probably be with the BMW crowd ), but I don't know yet, I 'll also see about entry fees if we book and pay early.
What day were people thinking of attending the show, good if we were all flexible, but I realise everyone has commitments.

Re: Silverstone meet?
Mark me as 'flexible'.........and pvr & Sanj behave, I know you'll be itching to comment.
Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
Re: Silverstone meet?
Have just heard from my guy at BMW car club, basically we need numbers by 23rd March, the we will be given a promo. code to get a discount, ( this only lasts until end of March ), and we will also get our own pitch.
So come on, get your name on the list, and what day is better for you, but I am opting for Sunday, some might have to do shopping on Saturdays, ( you know who you are ).

Re: Silverstone meet?
Just to make sure everyone is aware, you must be in the X to get onto the pitch, otherwise it's the car park for you.
Silverstone meet?
Enter Uncle Scrooge.
No issues with the meet and would love to come along. However no interest in classic cars so £40 entry fee plus fuel there and back makes it a rather pricey meet (not if your into classic cars obviously).
Am I right in thinking that will be the cost?

As per my previous post, if I get a list of people who are interested by the 23rd of March, I will then get a promo code and get approx 25% discount, but it must be by that time in order to get the discount.
And it's not all about classic cars, the racing itself is bloody awesome, you can get right into the pits, and the car clubs that are there are fantastic, anything from fezzas to moggy minors, ( no offence to anyone that has one of these ).
And don't forget, we will be there.
