I recently bought my X5 3.0sd M Sport. Its a 2008 58 plate car in standard condition (no modification).
I was wondering if there is a software update for the car at all with new maps and speed cameras etc on the sat nav? I had an e46 M3 before and bought new discs that worked really well and included various new features such as postcode search, perspective view, speed camera alerts. Is there an update for my X5 that I am missing out on?
Can the car be plugged in at BMW and checked for an update. If so how long does this take and what do BMW charge. Has anybody had any experience of this ?
