Is it possible to fit the Power Boot as a Retro Fit ?

There's no official kit from BMW, which usually means no, but there might be something available depending upon version and age of your car. It won't be cheap though as it needs links into the iDrive control systems, new switchgear, spindle drives, wiring, trims etc. Probably a bit like retrofitting Nav to a non-Nav vehicle. Half the car has to come out to run the cabling etc. Best thing to do would be to go talk to your local parts team and see what they know.

Hmm. Thanks for the advice...... don;t think I'll bother as it sounds like it'll cost me more than the car itself. Anything retrofit seems to be a ludicrous price !
