Flappy paddles is standard on the M Sport :poke:

Nobody could explain to me what "internet access" actually meant so I did not bother with it as I have the iPhone anyway (to keep an eye on you lot) :fuelfire: :fuelfire:

You have the dynamic pack which makes it just about m sport so it is part of that as well. I mainly use it in mountain driving ( Like when I back in the Netherlands :) )

You mean there are mountains in the Low Countries? :p

I believe that the internet access connects with your mobile phone using it's internet connection to do online stuff on idrive. You can also use it to do updates on twitter and facebook. We don't have it. We also weren't sure whether the iphone snap on kit was worth it although only £60...

We got about 10% off in discount at Trainer in Swansea after negotiating with one of the Trainer family, but no tracker. We'll look at a tracker though...might be worth it in insurance discount....

New car seems to be in a good spec & right colour/trim combo.....clearly worthwhile negotiating with another dealer.

Been busy as is often the caee at the moment.......Did you mention a delivery date.

Oh and order or source some OE rubber mats for your P&J ;)

Not jealous but I have a healthy envy.......fair play to you as you work hard & the car will be appreciated.

Place holder - Now changed in E70 ordered

Post by sramsay » Tue Jan 31, 2012 8:29 am

I wouldn't order the internet option. I have it in my car and it's unusable! It's like surfing the net in the early nineties. Opening a web page takes minutes if indeed it loads at all. Took it into a dealer who didn't seem to have any clue, they made some changes (I think to the gateway ip) but it made no difference.

Anyone have a better experience?

Rest of the car is brilliant though! Loving the aux heater :)
