4.8 EXHAUST????

Hey guys am after some help.

I would like a more throaty sound to come out of the V8 like they are meant to be.........

Question is are there complete exhaust systems out there for the 4.8 and if yes then where can I get one from.

if not a complete exhaust system then the X pipe modification again is the cross pipe purchased from anywhere or is it a custom job????

Only asking as everything I look up is in the US and nothing in the UK.........I have tried to get in touch with Milltek as they apparently do a full system with sports cats and advertise it on there website through a video but when looking for the product its not listed on their website product list, and they ain't got back to me after a few days.

Any help appreciated especially from people who already have the mod...........don't mind travelling to get things done, am in Cardiff.

Thanks to Raj I am now booked in on the 10th at profusion customs for a full magnaflow cat back system.

Along with that on the 9th I will fit my new yokohama advan ST's to see how they fair and also its having a full service on the 9th.

Am going to get in touch with BWchiptune today or tomoz and see if I can get a remap done around the same time as the exhaust.........then its a case of keeping her pretty.

I have looked over there web, and they fitted one of there exhausts to a 4.4 v8 x5 and that does sound awesome. Your 4.8 should sound even better i would imagine.

any chance you could upload some sound vids after you have had the exhaust fitted?

If its how i imagine it to sound i may do the same as yourself.

yes sure I'll upload a vid or 2.........

Apparently the exhaust really starts to sound good with a magnaflow after 1-2000 miles........work with a load of americans who have them on their motors and all have told me the same thing and also profusion mentioned this.........al looking forward to seeing how it sounds though when complete
