My CV boots look like they're on the way out, and possibly a MOT failure.
I asked my bro to do me a quote for his garage to replace the 2 front outer CV boots, but their labour is £65/ph (My bro is only a mechanic there so there's no movement on the price)
I just looked on eBay for the price of the boots alone and came across this Slide-A-Boot thing. It's an alternative to removing the driveshafts or going for the 'stick together' method:

Looking at this video it actually seems a half decent idea, any thoughts on this guys?
