Has this place gone bust or are they just crooks or what? I ordered a black grille for my X5 but its not arrived after 2 weeks - they arent responding to emails or answering the phone.

I bought from them before, total nightmare, it took 3 months to get what I ordered after many phone calls and emails

How far away are they from you? I usually find a personal visit moves things along with toolbags like these

How did you pay? Can you contact your bank/credit card company for help. I'd give trading standards a ring. I'd also send the company a letter and send it recorded delivery.

debit card - already contacted the building society so see what they come back with. Usually pay by credit card cos of the protection. Bought a watch from Amsterdam a few weeks ago and that didnt show - recredited no problem.

Keep ringing but its not even connecting!

no robbing feckwits. Companies like this deserve to go bust.

Got credit back from bank though. Stated they are fraudulent and reported them to police.
