House Purchase : Exchanged today !

As title - exchanged today. Completion & key collection planned for next Thursday & removal booked for Sat 10th.

A few will know that for some time we have been renting & since selling our last home......... 3.5 years of often very frustrated renting in total, despite our prior best efforts to buy other houses.

For sensible reasons I don't wish to announce the location or post details of the new home on an open board, but genuinely happy with the eventual house & location, (which we never considered until last year) package.

Me & family absolutely delighted

I don't think there is any shame in naming location, in fact I travel quite a bit through there and have never been mugged or raped yet !

Still coming out on the 9th though?
