Small change however for a VVTi even if it is sat in the garage under a dust cover

But mine has had a tough year!
That caterham is c400bhp/t though and mine even post mod is only 300!
There is a guy in the states with 550bhp iirc Elise with full paddle shift
In other words my 280bhp is rubbish!

Re: Hi from way up north
Aye it's 204 bhp and I have the dyno run to prove. this horsepower is reasonably safe but I'm going to attach the full for sale spec of the car and you will see it's no ordinary off the shelf car. The first owner of the car was a caterham engineer and he bought the car as a roadsport but specced the engine etc to his own needs, hence the VHPD head and wide track suspension etc. One the road the car is very good, this is in fact my first ever caterham and I have not had too many scary moments in it, at least not when I'm not trying!

Re: Hi from way up north
Finnie, thats a great spec, thanks for the break down Back in my Lotus days we played around with roller barrel throttle bodies on the race cars also tried on a road car but was just too expensive and reliability was always going to be an issue.
Dare I ask what this little beauty is up for?

Re: Hi from way up north
Looking for circa 16k for it, prob advertise for a wee bit more to see what happens;)
Actually the emerald is the new switchable K3 version so i need to update that in the spec.
Will put it up on blatchat in a few weeks. It wont be available until late september as I've got other stuff on when I get home in a fortnight

Re: Hi from way up north
With that spec that sound a fair price, if only I had the money. Really do miss not having a 'ME' car
