Generic Post to OP's of old adverts :

It would be appreciate if members who have created old adverts can please update sale status within the next 14 days, (so as to avoid unwanted deletion). In abscene of update(s), some old adverts may be removed.

Just to clarify - No need to delete old adverts if item reamins unsold, available wanted or otherwise current. A one line update will be adequate, (to show whether advert still required or not).

Some adverts may be retained for benchmark price guidance also.

Only intention is to do some light housekeeping & so delete any unwanted content.
