Oil capacity

What is the oil capacity of a 3.0d sport with oil filter? Looking to service the beast before the cold weather sets in

And you can buy 2 x 4 litres at ASDA of 5w 30 LL04 Castrol Edge for £35 per pot so £70 for Oil. Filter from the local stealer and you've just saved yourself more than £100 on stealer price for an oil change.

I looked into this and you will not be able to buy the oil for the price that Nationaltyres will do a oil and filter change for.
A few months ago for them to do it with castrol edge was 53 notes. I think you can get a online quote.

I've gotta ask and advance apologies to OP but when I bought my X back in March 2007 the recommended oil from dealer and Castrol site was 0W 30 LL04.

So is the 5W 30 OK to use instead of 0W 30 now? Since that seems to be the reference? I continue to use/purchase 0W 30.
