No hot air blowing in the front??

No hot air blowing in the front??

morning all,

When i turn the heat up i get no hot air blowing from the front vents? I have turned the center vent to the 3 red dots and it doesnt make a blind bit of difference? I do however get hot air from the rear vents?

Any suggestions/ideas??
