I have a creaking rear ball joint which I intend to replace, does anyone on here have the tool to press the joint in and out of the carrier, if so would you be willing to hire it to me.
Cheers
Steve

Hi,
I see this was posted a few days ago .To buy the tool is £200 quid .I had the same problem with mine a month ago ,was going to do the job myyself also ,as i am an ex mechanic to trade .But local indy did both rear balljoints for £195 including genuine BMW parts. So it saved me the hassle, and your left with a tool that you may never use again.
