Is there any way I can have the auto mirrors fold in at 20mph not 6 mph ?? Many thanks Paul :)

Hi Paul

Thanks for sending Resler back. Not sure what you mean as on the standard set up of folding mirrors you press the button near door handle. If you have the intravee you can have them folding on key in or ignition etc but I've never heard of them folding at 6mph? Why would you want thrm to fold in at 20mph as that defeats the object :-) Can you clarify what you mean?

Hi penny , I was driving down a small road about 20 mph when a large car in the other direction coming fast nearly broke my wingmirror off be cause they only fold in under 6mph . And I want that button to work all the time any speed really hope this helps

I read on bimmer forum that someone with an E46 had managed to code the auto folding of the mirrors on lock/unlock without using an intravee, so can only imagine that coding of the speed would be possible using the right software also.

May be worth a search on there for more information.

As Penny said, I was unsure as to what you were asking but now understand. I know the mirrors can be coded to autofold on unlocking/locking but I guess the folding oprion can also be coded.

How do you get mirrors to auto fold on unlock/lock or ignition? I have BMW scanner 1.4.0 also a reisler thing with navcoder

I also have inpa and ncsexpert but no idea how to code with ncsexpert... Can it be done with any other software easily?
