Still ongoing ... :)

Ordered the insulation, which was a great deal from npower where I bought a subsidised 100 m2 of insulation (the maximum) of 27 cm thickness for £100, delivered.

Bit of an odd one with one LED light at the moment. I am working my way through, and on one location the LED light flashes every 3 or 4 minutes or so, even though the light switch is off. None of the other locations do that and when the previous bulb was in there, no issues either. I have swapped the light but the new one does exactly the same so it is something in the light circuit, but no idea what.

Just spotted this one, you haven't got an emergency light fitting or control attached to it have you? The flash may be the check signal, alternatively may be a smoke or heat detector check flash?

Just a thought.

Not that I am aware of. The previous normal 50W halogen never flashed and it is just part of the normal light circuit.
