Hi to all im a newbie just introducing my self at the moment am driving a 2001 4.4 x5 lpg converted but with a remus pipe and 22" alloys my last car was also a bmw a e46 328ci restyled by autovogue and was featured in performance bmw as welsh rarebit i hope to get some good information of here :D :D

Welcome mate - i'm new to the forum too.

Any pics of your 4.4 beast?
What sort of equivalent MPG do you achieve with the LPG conversion?

will post one soon on a run at about 70mph i have had petrol equivelent of 43mpg!! usually get between 220 235 miles per tank 70 litres

I'm sure you'll find plenty of usefull info on here - I know I have
3.0d Sport Exclusive E53 CB with black comfort, pano, folding dimming mirrors, 20"ers, comms, xenons, focal sub, Intravee II, GSM heater........and so on.

Thats a good equivalent mpg figure.

I don't read performance bmw regularly, however, make sure you let us know if the X5 gets featured anywhere ;)
