Some have the prines system which I believe seems to be the better system to go for.
I know James recently used Autotech and was really pleased.

Whatever you get, see if you can have a look at some work the installers have already done. The workmanship on the system fitted to mine is appallling. Glad it wasnt me who paid for it. And as yours is a v8, make sure the system will cope with the engine at full throttle.
Re: Whats the best lpg conversion to go for
Hi.i'm currently running an ML55 AMG (Till the 4.8 is finished) fitted with the Romano LPG system. I had it converted 18mths ago and have been really impressed with the system,i'm currently seeing a consistent equivalent mpg of 28-30 around town and 35 on a decent run. With the X5 being lighter and a smaller engine theses figure should be better, the 55 AMG engine isn't the most efficient around !!!
Re: Whats the best lpg conversion to go for
Ive got the BRC system fitted and I'm pleased with it, Ive worked out it costs me around 17p a mile to run on LPG compared to 27p a mile on reg fuel,
