rear doors won't open

Hi everyone
I have just brought my first X5 2004 3.0D sport will be introducing myself in the newbies section shortly.

Have had a problem develop today the rear doors won't open ,fronts and tailgate no problem ,the droppins go up and down fine motors sound ok but the bloody doors don't open! from the key fob or the internal c/l button .

Am I doing something stupid

wrong or can anyone shed any light on the problem .

The nearside rear door is now working again but nothing from the offside from inside or out!

Thanks for trying anyway it is appreiciated

not over worried as its from a garage and has warranty, is a bit of a trek to get back there about 80mile round trip

It sounds like the lock actuators are sticking or failed/ing.

Use the warranty for that , pita job to do and not so cheap iirc.

Well I've had a stern word with the car and they are all working again now!!

Seems mine is doing it too!!!!
N/S/R door won't open from inside OR outside despite door pins going up and down. All other doors are fine...

Any thoughts??
