So finally saw the painted shell on Sunday. Looks spot on and very impressed.

The boys have started on the bodykit. A lot of prep work with the mouldings to ensure they are smooth:

Something a little different to all the bodywork.

Gie has been a big help with this whole project as he initially helped me strip the interior out and deliver it to Chris and along with the other half of the KG sala team have been keeping an eye on Phil and the boys...lol.

Well in true KG style he also sorted the lights for me with a bit of his mastery in Lamin-X'ing.

He had a full box to deal with:



And spent quite sometime actually just cleaning the lights up as they were caked in flies from the drive down:

I'm Indian so never pay too much for anything....lol

Negotiating is in my blood and it has only cost me a fraction of what should have been the normal costs involved.
