E70 Warranty Renewal Cost

Got my renewal for the warranty on my E70.........

Â£899 Comprehensive with Â£100 excess
Â£1098 Comprehensive with no excess

Are these the kind of costs people have been experiencing, it is more than I expected?

Thats exactly what I've just been quoted for my E53 4.8iS..........Up to 50,000 miles though

Is that the BMW Insurance offering or someone elses?

I don't pay anything like that with Warranty Direct for Luxury Car Cover, OEM Dealer repairs and a Â£50 excess on either the E53 or E46.

Yes..........The BMW insured warranty.......My car is an AUC so this was offered after the first year of ownership

I paid 660 quid last year. For named component. Didn't really see the point if the comprehensive. Most of the really expensive stuff was covered under named component.
