Well my JBE apparently was badly water damaged and not a viable repair (Looked clean from outside) but they were able to clone it
to the second user JBE I got from Lithuania and it is due back today so fingers crossed and once in all should be good.

Where is it located? Just wondering how water got into it in the first place.
Good news that they at least managed to clone it though.

Well it worked
Cloned Junction Box unit arrived late morning along with the original which is now scrap its taken a couple of hours to put it all back together and I now have a fault free E70 ran ISTA and everything is in the green. Although it's been a Saga it has ended OK with the suspension and car working as it's meant to. Time to enjoy the E70 again

The JBE is attached to the Front Fuse panel tucked up behind the Glove box I now have kinks in places I didn't know I had getting it out and back in think I will be walking like C3PO for a while
How it became water damaged I can only guess as the front inside of the car has always been dry (as far as I am aware) My thoughts are when I had the injector problems a couple of years ago I replaced the scuttle water/splash shield at the bottom of the windscreen as the old one was in very poor condition and letting water onto the injectors may be water had also been getting inside unnoticed. When the Fuse Panel is in it's tucked away closed position 2 of the main connector plugs face upwards so any drips would run down around the pins and eventually onto the PCB.
PS Thanks everyone for your patience suggestions and support

Brilliant news, did you take any pics as I'm wondering what this thing even looks like ?
I wonder is the bottom of the windscreen leaking in water ?

I am so pleased and relieved for you. It’s been a long and tiresome journey, but also a massive learning exercise for you and us. I would never have thought of things like network termination resistors or water for that matter given it’s inside. It makes looking after that blasted scuttle area a lot more important!!
Good on you for keeping going with it too.
