The e46 gear box MT can I install this to me e83 which is Automatic?

It’s almost certainly possible, though probably not simple. You’ll need to source a bell-housing with the correct mounting holes, a set of transmission mounts for the box itself, gear-lever, clutch-pedal and mounts, and reprogram the car electronics to ‘identify’ it now has a manual transmission. The E46 box uses a hydraulic clutch action and you’ll need a slave-cylinder. The slave cylinder uses the same brake fluid reservoir as the foot brake.

If there was a manual version of your car sold in the US, getting the kit from a scrap one would at least give you the necessary parts.
