Car pulls and heavy on steering

Good evening

I’ve not really used my car since I bought it and apart from upgrade the interior lights I’ve not touched it.
One thing I have noticed though is that it’s quite heavy on steering and it seems to tramline a fair bit,
Could this be down to the 20mm spacers that are fitted or would that not make a great deal of difference??

Don't know what car it is but my x5 is heavier steering than my e90.
What tires has it got on the front as i found run-flat tires to tramline.

Once you get out of another brand the x5 steering does seem heavy , the spacers will make no difference but id check tyre pressure if its been sitting a while

Is the e53 x5 v8.
It’s not using run flats so I’ll double check pressures.
I was thinking it could be spacers as these make everything wider etc. I’ll probably take them off and see how it drives later
