Fuel consumption

Id have thought a diesel should compare well on co2 , a v8 won't get under that though . I'm not really understanding why the v8 is still here and the diesel gone when it was the top seller year on year . I thought bmw said they would continue to make the cars people wanted as long as there was a demand .
Sapphireblack duly noted you are a potential v8 buyer

Likewise 2002 v8 178k going well, occasional problems but mostly small. Just MOT’d it did only 4.5k miles last year. Just got my insurance renewal reminder for end of February £347 with all mods declared. So as long as tax and insurance stays under 1k I can live with it.
