Hi, I need to replace my Turbo. car: BMW x3 2007 2.0d LCI with the M47 engine.
I just ordered a Turbo from Nissens, there are very little info about this turbo on the web.
Nissens part number 93502
anyone have any feedback about this brand, are they any good? from my understanding Nissens is a Danish brand.
The Turbo is a (first fit) and ranked premium on Trodo dot com.
Anyone else using this Turbo?

do I need to calibrate the actuator after a turbo replacement?
the actuator came with the turbo already mounted.

No mention of any calibration required.
The Manual states though:
Note:
When replacing the exhaust turbocharger:
Pour the additive for the exhaust turbocharger initial filling order number 83 19 2 362 168 into the bore hole for the banjo bolt of the new exhaust turbocharger.
Crank exhaust turbocharger by hand several times.
It also says the oil line must be parallel and mounting bolts should be inserted evenly 1/2 turn at a time to ensure even clamping, a good seal and no gas leaks.

Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.

Check the banjo bolt and oil feed lines are completely clear.
