As above and seems to be coming from the front right. Thinking driveshaft or wheel bearing. Just been up to Gatwick this morning, can’t hear it at speed but with less wind and engine noise it’s there and if I lift of the throttle the noise goes away returns immediately the throttle is applied no matter how lightly. Had a quick poke about but nothing obvious, boots are good no leaks. Any suggestions. Cheers

Not a disc dragging under engine load is it? I had something similar on the X6 and ignored it thinking it might be a tyre and couldn’t see anything obvious anyway. Eventually it became a stuck calliper.

Presumably the easiest way to check is with a temperature gun after a drive with minimal use of the brakes?

Thought I’d bring this post back to life as I had the weirdest solution. I changed the rear lower suspension bearing. I then used the string well if I’m honest I used fishing line method to align the wheels and as I’d never done that before I took it to a garage for checking. On the way to the alignment center I noticed the noise had.gone?? After the aligned check, still gone and has never reappeared.
