OCD strikes again
Re: OCD strikes again
That has just got to be the ultimate insult LMAO
Re: OCD strikes again
Sorry just messin'
Re: OCD strikes again
After discussion with my detailer today, I'm popping back to bodyshop to get the boot protector and side slats painted white and lacquered to match bodywork. That should take abit of the edge off the carbon spoilers and set them off even more nicely. Get a Cheshire meet sorted and people can come and slag it off to my face LMAO
I'm not too keen on the black/white together, it reminds me of the old Rover Streetwise
Now that's nasty. I know BMW owned Rover once, but............that was low (funny, but low)
Be interesting to how it comes out after being redone.......and of course you could always put a Battenburg pattern down the sides. Around here there's an X6 fully marked up but no force logo so I think it's probably a demo unit for traffic cops to play in. I honestly don't see a need for any force to actually put them into full service, but that reasoning never stopped them before.

Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.

I actually quite liked the look of the streetwise
Re: OCD strikes again
It was OK, except it was made by Rover

Re: OCD strikes again
A police X6, must be a 40d.
I could quite imagine it would look rather imposing bearing down on you at 120 on the motorway.

He won't be bearing down on me at that speed, I'll still be in 5th..
Red ones are faster.......

And nobody likes to pot the white
Re: OCD strikes again
Kinda makes me think I am on the wrong forum that. If we knew each other then fair enough, but we don't.and of course you could always put a Battenburg pattern down the sides

Re: OCD strikes again
Good job I didn't mention the new orange and black interior then.
Have now removed the trunk protector and it looks a lot better for it.
The Hamann kit really grows on you, honest guv!
The looks only a mother could love; but then again the X6 is a marmite car anyway.

Ah yes, but then there's Orange, and then there's ORANGE!. And it is your car....
I like Marmite actually, especially on toasted brown bread
