Well i heard from Carly today, i dont think it's for me.. It's not a fortune, but annual subs are not my thing for something I'd barely use after initial coding.

I think they are pricing them selves out of the market.
Well for the likes of me who only want to use it 3 or 4 times a year.

I'm new to all of this stuff and I'm not a mechanic. Therefore much info that's available would probably be wasted on me. I'll look into the Bimmercode option when i return to the UK 👍🙂

I'm struggling to find a solution to coding as well. :( No smart devices, so whatever it is has to be laptop based. I've got the cable, but have been unable to find a reliable source of software.
October 2012 build X3 30d SE, Bluewater.  Now with Webasto sunroof and paddle-shift   8)

I paid £70 for both worth every penny even if you only use it occasionally if something goes wrong anytime you will always be able to scan and see what faults occurring on the spot mines plugged in constantly and regularly do a full scan to check or put dpf section on which shows all temps and dpf info

Bimmerlink is currently £34.99
Bimmercode is showing as free but I can’t remember if it was paid or you pay once signed up either way they worth there money

What does Bimmerlink do.
Got Bimmercode and just looked at Bimmerlink and it is £34.99 the same as code.

I’m in the process of researching xhp flash tool which looks like it does gearbox faults adaptation and gearbox flashing going to try and connect it with my ipro adapter otherwise it’s £70 for there’s
