As above just a general question i have heard people on about. what i want to know is what effect did it have on your car this question is aimed at the 3.0d e53

Never heard of an airlock in the system and to be honest I can't see how it might happen unless the oil was filthy and full of gunk.
Do they mean an over-pressure situation such as might occurr if and when the engine breather blocks and leads to the crankcase pressure getting too high. That usually blows oil out of the dipstick, but is also capable of causing oil blowby in the turbo bearings as well as elsewhere. It's definitely not a good thing and should not be left without being fixed pronto. Turbos come kind of expensive and the other portential engine damage to seals etc is never to be recommended.

I changed the engine breather filter today i have a on going problem since i changed the oil bad vibration under 1500rpm

Check that you haven't knocked one of the vacuum hoses off by accident. That might be the cause of your problem.
