Mechanically minded people help wanted

Ok i Have had a bad vibration in my x since a service any way to cut a long story short i put her up on the lift tonight and removed the guards to find the engine touching the subframe so thats my vibration.

Question 1.

How many engine mounts does a 3.0d x5 have

I can see 2 of them and correct me if i am wrong but there seems to be air suspension on the mounts when i start the car i pulled the pipe going to this air suspension and it was sucking instead of blowing i followed the pipe back and it is joined to a small unit above the starter.

Question 2.

Are these air bags for the engine mounts

Looks like just two engine mounts and there are vacuum hoses attached hence the suck rather than blow. What you are seeing is correct.
