user control panel? cant find it

Probably a stupid question but where is the user control panel for changing avatat/sig etc? I cant seem to find one.

That'll be why... IE9 just has a blank blue bar with no items on it (site unfiltered too) works ok in Firefox..

I have the same problem in IE9 - missing some command links. Any chance of the site designer looking at this issue?
