I have bmw x5 f15 50d
2 days ago my suspension dropped just rear one.
After I change fuse it go back but is to high now look like monster truck and don’t want self level.. I tried to use sport pluse to drop it one level and nothing help.
Any ideas ?

Ride height sensor would be the obvious one to check. There’s two of them on the rear axle - one each side. There are also two on the front axle. If the rear one fails (and they frequently do!) it can cause the car to pump to full height and handle like a monster truck as well! If it needs changing then the system will need to be recalibrated. That needs a dealer visit, or to an Indy with the right software. You’re looking for these……

Car was dropped and then we change fuse. Car go high like on picture when We tried to recalibrate this fuse 110 burned out again

In that case you’re going to need a code read done to find out why. It’s either an overload or a short. Fuse 110 should be a 40A and powers the compressor switching (on/off) relay. If that’s blowing then most likely you have a relay or compressor fault. Given it’s pumping too high, that suggests the pump is running OK but isn’t cutting out which could be a relay issue (not switching the pump off or has a short internally). Blowing a 40A fuse takes some doing and could lead to a fire. The relay is right side boot cubby below and to the right of the fuse box as you look at it and mounted on the rear of the panel….
If it’s getting very hot then beware. You could try unplugging it to see if the car drops. Make sure the ignition is off and the key out!
If that doesn’t work then unless you can get the air pressure down, recovery to a BMW Indy or dealer may be an option.

There was a case similar to this before on here where it went far too high it was a compressor fault that time as there is a vent in the compressor was faulty
