Why is my X5 smoking so much
My X5 smoke's alot when first run everyday for about 30mins even on tick over it smokes bad for 30mins and the smell is killing but after that no smoke at all for the rest of the day, i have a BMW E53 X5 3.0d manaul.

Sounds like turbo problems a bit of oil getting into your turbo has the oil breather filter been changed in the last few services
