X1 F48 parking sensors failure

Hi everyone. Since I purchased the car 2017 model year in 2020 I get a warning triangle with exclamation marks on the display indicating that the parking sensors are inoperative. Having tried the usual checks involving listening to each sensor close up none make a clicking sound. Any thoughts welcome!

Have you had the fault codes scanned? Do any of the parking sensors work? I'd suspect the control module if none are working, but a scan will narrow the fault down.
