Summer's a coming....

Post by X5Sport » Mon Mar 21, 2011 5:31 pm

Now it's getting warmer, I have just had the good ol winter rubber removed and the summer version fitted again. Although ground temps are still lowish, the air temps mean that winter tryes are now bordering on destructive in terms of the tyres overheating - hence changing back again.

I must do mine, but am waiting for a electric hoist to arrive to get the tyres out of storage again. Done enough over-lifting during the last weeks ...

Er yeah. I know what you mean!! It cost £20 for the Dealer to fit them and they are now storing the Winter Wheels for later in the year...I nearly seriously hurt myself again changing them, before Xmas. Never Again!!! Them 20" rims plus tyres is heavy!!
