Resolved this one, I got hold of ISTA to code the used replacement instrument cluster.
However I did a re-calibration first of the existing unit and it now works fine.
It would appear when Quikfit did my hunter 4 wheel alignment they didn't recalibrate the steering angle sensor, Quiksh1t!

When I had mine done they didn’t need to recode anything….not that it was that company as I don’t let them near mine!. Quick…. could have done something else as well. I think they call it ‘value add’…
Either that or it was a long way out of limit to start with. Easy fix….undo steering wheel, move around a couple of notches, put back and say nowt. The customer will never know…….
