Rear wheel carrier

Does anyone know if there were different wheel carriers on the E53, I have purchased a secondhand one from abroad and the control arm wishbone Bush does not sit the same as on my car so can’t fit the circlip

Can I still use this wheel carrier?
Any advise welcomed

Only one part number for each side showing right through production. Could be accident damaged?

Same part numbers on all models on RealOEM.

If you can’t fit all the parts correctly then it probably isn’t safe.

Just found out they sent me E70 parts not E53 which was advertised
