Spare Key Fob X3

hi bought a 65 plate X3 msport and it only came with one key fob..quoted 300 to 450 for.another from Glasgow BMW dealers. Any ideas? Can i buy off off ebay for 40 quid and get it programmed for 170?

Any other cheaper suggestions?

I would ring around some auto locksmiths. I heard the other day that there are people around who will do the job for around £90.

That's one thing I look out for now 2 keys on a purchase due to the silly cost of teplacement.
