Unicorn spec e83 X3 hunt

Hi guys, been out of the X game for a few years. But I want back in! I’ve always liked the e83 X3 in SE form. I now think it’s the perfect car for me. Kids are a bit older so need less space. I think they look great!

Anyway, I’m a spec junky. Anyone know of a full spec car? What are the chances of me finding one with:

Pan roof
Memory heated seats
Factory tow bar
Heated rear seats and steering wheel a bonus. Same for comfort seats.

Colour space grey with beige or even more impossible the ultimate for me would be cinnamon leather.

Yes, not in a big hurry. Its basically the press car look. I'll keep my eyes peeled! I have seen them come up n the past, but they always seem to be missing one of the specs. Pan roof and heated seats, no memory seats. Or Pan roof memory seats, not heated seats.

I'm just being spoilt really!!

I had a really good F25 but had to sell it and will regret for forever! It had:
Pan roof
Memory heated seats
Adjustable dampers
Nav
Reverse camera
etc, etc
