Carly - What a load of rubbish

Bought the interface and cannot enable it to my phone. Emailed Carly several times with no response before lockdown in the UK. Anyone else had a similar issue? Cheers.

Works fine for me. I can use mine with phone or iPad via WiFi connection. They have sent you the right dongle haven’t they? Bluetooth for Android, WiFi for IOS - unless there is now a Universal version? The only time that I’ve had issues is where a very strong WiFi signal (from a neighbour’s system) deafens the kit. By moving a few feet it then connects.

My bet is you have bought the wrong dongle.
I have had both and they both worked straight off but i sent the android Bluetooth one back as the old tab i had planned to use was too slow.

Given up on them so have opted for the following software package. Should be fun. First job to do is to add a new battery to the car.

Was it a genuine carly adaptor ?? wifi or bluetooth ??/ what phone ??...

Genuine Carly Bluetooth adapter with a Samsung S9 moby. What annoyed me was the lack of response from Carly when I emailed them several times. Cheers.
