Need help with head unit

Hi I have a eonon ga6166x head unit and I need these cables in the back, pic attached, or a pic of the 20 pin plug that goes to the head unit as I need to make a new harness, any help is appropriated thanks

It’s a copy of the BMW Technical Instructions as used by Dealers.

If you had an OEM nav screen you need a 5 mtr extension to the boot. If not then why not buy a standard ISO adapter
Both can be had from the Bay probably for less money than buying stuff to make up a lead
